The truth is, from the moment someone hears your name to your follow-up email 6 months after the project is completed, every single interaction you have with your customer is a reflection of your brand.
Whether you like it or not, attention to detail, remembering the "little things," and anticipating their questions before they ask affect the way your clients feel about your brand. And if done right, you can create a client experience that will keep them coming back for more, become evangelists for your brand and tell everyone they know to hire you, too!

Being as specific as possible is the number one thing I can suggest to you when crafting your perfect client experience. Now, write down exactly step-by-step how your customer will be treated, even steps you think are unnecessary, like how they will pay their deposit or when you'll remind them of an appointment.
How To Automate Your Client Experience
To automate your client experience, I recommend using a client management software called Dubsado. Not only can you send emails, questionnaires, contracts and invoices with Dubsado, but you can also book appointments based on your availability, keep track of your hours worked, and do all of your accounting in it, too.
